As a Senior Project Manager in Identity and Access Management (IAM), I bring together technical expertise and the experience to lead complex projects with confidence and efficiency. For me, project work is like diving: it’s all about careful planning, staying flexible in any situation, and guiding people safely every step of the way.
Since 2022, I have found my personal balance underwater. Diving has long been more than just a hobby—it is a passion that teaches me to stay calm, remain focused, and take responsibility. Today, I am a certified diving instructor (Master Scuba Diver Instructor) and Specialty Instructor for the organizations PADI and PSS Worldwide, and I enthusiastically accompany new divers – from their first breath underwater to specialized courses such as buoyancy, navigation, or deep diving.
This blend of technical precision, teamwork, and a genuine joy in leading others shapes both my professional and personal life. I enjoy inspiring people, guiding them safely, and discovering new things together – whether under water or on land.
